https://vegastestkitchen.com/gallery Vegas Test Kitchen, located downtown on Fremont, is basically a gourmet food court. It s a bar and restaurant with different stations that feature rotating chefs. This place was designed for up-and-coming chefs to get their food out to the community. The lineup changes weekly. Sample dishes from several small eateries. Some of the stations featured at this food hall are Yukon Pizza which makes tons of specialty pies on sourdough crust, Brown Bagger Sandwich Co serves East Coast-style sandwiches, and The Black Pearl specializes in ceviche and tacos. Pop N Pies and Paradise City Creamery are all over dessert with homemade pies and plant-based ice cream. In addition to these small businesses, some other guest chefs stop by from time to time for pop-up events.
