Elevating Big Game Day Favorites with Chef Clayton Turnbow

Wynn Las Vegas is bringing back its popular Connoisseur by Wynn series for Winter 2026, marking the program’s ninth year of offering guests rare, behind-the-scenes access to the resort’s culinary, beverage, and specialty experts. Known for its intimate format and hands-on approach, the series continues to blend education with luxury — and this season introduces something entirely new.
For the first time, Connoisseur by Wynn will host a destination class at Allegiant Stadium, featuring a private stadium tour followed by an exclusive cooking demonstration inside Wynn Field Club.
“Our Connoisseur series is all about giving our guests a peek behind the scenes and a chance to roll up their sleeves alongside the resort’s talented team of experts,” said Brian Gullbrants, Chief Operating Officer of Wynn Resorts North America. “These classes offer something for everyone, combining exclusivity with the excitement of learning something new in an elevated environment.”
Highlights from the Winter 2026 Schedule
This season’s lineup spans everything from artisan cheese and bread baking to cocktails, floral design, and even Wynn’s K9 operations. Classes are limited in size, and several offer rare access to spaces typically closed to the public.
