Las Vegas has no shortage of world-class restaurants, but the Strip just gained a major new heavyweight. Gymkhana, the acclaimed Two Michelin-starred London restaurant adored by celebrities, critics, and global diners, has officially opened at ARIA Resort & Casino—marking its first-ever location in the United States. The debut also makes Gymkhana the first Indian restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, instantly raising the bar for luxury dining in the city.

Created by JKS Restaurants founders Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi, in partnership with MGM Resorts International, Gymkhana brings the elegance, precision, and soulful flavors of its famed Mayfair flagship directly to Las Vegas. For the first time, guests can experience Gymkhana’s award-winning cuisine without a transatlantic flight.

“Bringing Gymkhana to ARIA has been years in the making,” said Ari Kastrati, Chief Content, Hospitality & Development Officer for MGM Resorts. “This restaurant not only elevates ARIA’s dining portfolio—it brings new energy to the Strip’s fine dining scene.” JKS Global CEO Pavan Pardasani echoed the sentiment, calling Las Vegas “the perfect stage” for Gymkhana’s next chapter.

A Space That Feels Transported From Mayfair to Mumbai to Las Vegas

Designed by UK-based North End Studio, Gymkhana’s interiors are nothing short of breathtaking—equal parts London townhouse charm and the grandeur of India’s historic members’ clubs.

From the moment guests walk through the signature green doors, they’re met with rich jade tones, dark polished woods, brass accents, and textures inspired by the mansions of Kolkata and the vibrant palette of Northern India. Rajasthani cut-glass chandeliers glow over the marble-topped bar, while velvet and leather banquettes line the dining room.

The sprawling 175-seat restaurant unfolds into multiple unique spaces:

  • The Bar & Lounge – green Anaglypta wallpaper, bone inlay lamps, and a marble-topped cane bar set the tone.

  • The 42 Bar – a hidden, sultry corner with five seats, coral-and-burgundy tones, and a members-only vibe.

  • The Vault – 58 intimate seats surrounded by fluted dark timber, deep red leather, and brass details.

Every room is designed to feel both luxurious and transportive.

A Menu Rooted in India, Reimagined for Las Vegas

Led by JKS Co-Founder Karam Sethi and Las Vegas Executive Chef Srikant Kumar, Gymkhana’s menu draws inspiration from North Indian cuisine, with touches from the South and West. Spices are sourced from India, dishes are cooked with devotion, and flavors are bold, layered, and deeply aromatic.

Several signature London dishes make their U.S. debut, including:

  • Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops

  • Morel Mushrooms & Truffle Pilaf

  • Lasooni Wild Tiger Prawns

The Las Vegas location also introduces Gymkhana’s first-ever beef dishes, including:

  • Wagyu Keema Naan – stuffed naan filled with spiced wagyu mince

  • Beef Shortrib Pepper Fry – short rib with South Indian spices and flaky Malabar paratha

Desserts are equally indulgent, featuring highlights like:

  • Cardamom & Basmati Rice Kheer with chikoo ice cream

  • Mango Rasmalai with sweet milk dumplings and rose petals

Guests can enjoy dishes à la carte, choose curated tasting menus (including vegetarian options), or select large-format feasting menus for special occasions.

A Beverage Program as Thoughtful as the Food

Gymkhana’s cocktail list pays homage to India’s legendary member clubs, offering classics with bold Indian twists. Highlights include:

  • The Bagheera – a spicy green mezcal margarita inspired by Chaprah (an Indian ant chutney)

  • Punch Trolley Service – tableside punch bowls for groups

  • Reserve Cocktails – premium interpretations of iconic drinks, including a rich Old Fashioned riff called The Boss Hog

Non-alcoholic offerings shine too, like Salted Lemon Nimbu Pani and a creamy Alphonso Mango Lassi.

The 780-selection wine list is one of the most sophisticated on the Strip, with French, German, and Napa standouts—plus Rieslings dating back to 1971.

Reservations Already in High Demand

Gymkhana is open Sunday–Thursday from 5 p.m.–10 p.m. and Friday–Saturday from 5 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Due to overwhelming interest, additional reservations for future dates open December 15.

Guests can book through SevenRooms or by calling the ARIA Concierge at (702) 590-9520.

With its Michelin-star pedigree, breathtaking design, and one of the most exciting Indian menus ever to hit the Strip, Gymkhana is poised to become one of Las Vegas’ most sought-after dining experiences.
